Fort Collins artist makes safety pin designs sold in 2 Loveland shops

For years, Fort Collins artist Karen Canino has been making accessories with safety pins, pieces she said were aimed to show support to the vulnerable and the beauty of humanity.

 

Now, with the increasing popularity of Americans donning safety pins in the wake of the presidential election as a message of solidarity with minorities, she is donating half the proceeds of the sale of special beaded pins to the nonprofit of the buyer's choice... more
